Transfers can be made on Runsignup at least 30 days before race day for a $30 transfer fee. If you miss the deadline, you cannot transfer or defer and must pay in full for the next race. The deadline is 30 days before race day because after 30 days unrecoverable racecourse services and items have already been paid for as if you will be attending the event.
